Most orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of ordering for in-stock items.
If your order is an out-of-stock item, we will contact you via e-mail or your contact number for an estimated availability and shipping date.

If your purchased item is out of stock and total purchase amount becomes lower than the Free Shipping Qualification amount, you are entitled to pay for the shipping amount for the item(s) that are available and ready to be shipped out if you wish to receive in-stock item(s) first.

All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Such orders will be processed on the following business day. All orders will be shipped with PinkMarie's standard shipping method unless selected options otherwise. Please note that our processing times are NOT included in the carrier's shipping time. (ex. For 3 Day Delivery, it takes our processing time of 24-48 hours plus the extra 3 days for carrier service to deliver the package.)

Shipping Rules & Policies:
For all orders shipped out (including domestic and international), you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that your order has shipped.

• US Customers: Pinkmarie Dress will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.
  
  
• International Customers: shipments will be made to your home, or to a USA residential address.
  
  
• We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.
  
  
• We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.
  
  
• Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
