Returns and Refunds

Return Policy
All merchandise sold by Pinkmarie comes from the finest Brands and manufacturers and is guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by the highest quality control to meet the company's experience standards.

All products offered by Pinkmarie.com are protected by a 7 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for a:

  • Store Credit: There are 10% restocking fee on all returned items for a store credit refund. The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. You will be able to use store credit at any time as there aren't any expiration dates on any store credits given from PinkMarie.com (see details below)

  • Refund: There are 15% restocking fee on all returned items for a money refund. The amount will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. (see details below)

  • Exchange:
    For defect items (must be notified within 48 hours of delivery)
    We do not charge any restocking fees on defect items that you wish to exchange. However, exchange must be in SAME SIZE, SAME COLOR, and SAME STYLE from the merchandise you have ordered that came defected. Shipping amount that may occur on your behalf would be credited to your account as a store credit for later use.

    If replacement is not in stock or unavailable, you may exchange for any other dress available on our site plus or minus the difference of the price of replacement. If a replacement is lower than the price of an originally purchased merchandise, we will gladly credit the difference in your account as a store credit that can be used at any time. However, if a replacement merchandise price is higher than your originally purchased merchandise, our customer service representative will contact you for the payment methods.

    For unwanted items
    We charge 10% restocking fee on all unwanted merchandise that you wish to exchange, plus the shipping charges that may occur in transitions. If a replacement merchandise value is higher than the final credit (after restocking fee), you will be contacted by our customer service representative for the payment methods on the remainder of the value. If a replacement merchandise value is lower than the final credit (after restocking fee), remaining balance will be credited to your account as a store credit for future use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery ). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Pinkmarie.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
 

Return Instructions
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Simply follow the steps below to return your order: Please note, Pinkmarie.com cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper Pinkmarie.com authorization.

Return Authorization must be obtained by exactly following the steps below.

  1. Make sure you have read our Return Policy above.

  2. Enter your Pinkmarie.com Account and click on "Return Items". Select the items/orders you wish to return and submit your return authorization request form. (Your account will only display orders eligible to be returned according to our 7 day return policy)

  3. Pinkmarie.com will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within 48 hours.

  4. Follow the returning instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed within the same email.

    (Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except what is specified in our email instructions.)

Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, Pinkmarie.com will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.

Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
